A deck for naming, questioning, and transforming
This 55-card deck is a tool for dialogue, critical reflection, and radical imagination. It is inspired by Paulo Freire’s 1970 book Pedagogy of the Oppressed.Use it to spark conversations that uncover hidden structures, challenge the “common sense” of oppression, and imagine the world not as it is, but as it could be. It works beautifully for solo reflection, classroom discussions, popular education workshops, organizing meetings, and healing circles.
Each card holds a question.
Each question opens a door.
