Grassroots-led Research

Research is not neutral. Grassroots-Led Research reclaims research as a tool of resistance, reflection, and reimagination. I work with communities to build participatory research initiatives that center the knowledge of those most impacted by injustice.

Where collective knowledge builds collective power...

Why I Offer This?

Because communities are not just sites of data—they are sources of theory. Research must serve our collective struggles, our healing, and our visions for what’s possible.

  • Mentorship and training in research skills for community members

  • Collective analysis and meaning-making

  • Integration of arts-based and story-based methods

  • Systematization of Experiences (SE) as a methodology for documentation and reflection

Who It’s For?
  • Grassroots organizations, collectives, or networks

  • Communities seeking to document and evaluate their own knowledge

  • Educators and activists interested in collaborative inquiry

  • Funders or partners looking to support community-led knowledge creation
