Curated Chill Space with Healing Justice Facilitation

This offering supports conferences, retreats, workshops, and community events in making healing visible and accessible. Using a trauma-informed, healing justice lens, I co-design and facilitate spaces that invite pause, comfort, and nervous system regulation. These aren’t side spaces—they are integral to how we hold each other. And they are crafted collaboratively with your team to reflect your values, your people, and the needs that often go unnamed.

Where we let our nervous systems breathe. Where we remember we’re whole...

Why I Offer This?

I’ve facilitated critical conversations, high-stakes learning, and deep emotional unearthing. I’ve also seen what happens when we don’t create space to metabolize those experiences—burnout, shutdown, fragmentation.

This offering is my love letter to the nervous system. As an autistic, neurodivergent, trauma-aware educator and facilitator, I know that our movements and gatherings become more sustainable when rest isn’t a sidebar—it’s a structure.
This is my invitation to you: let’s build that structure, together.
